In this recipe, we are using carrot and celery to prepare a nice, healthy juice. For sweetness, we used apple and lemon with mint for freshness and full of a vitamin – C source. All you need is to wash all vegetables and fruits and cut in proper shapes according to requirement. Place all these ingredients in a juicer and juice them. Then use muslin to strain the pulp and enjoy your drink. Actually, this is our favorite post-ride juice, that’s why it’s in first place.

Hydrate all the vegetables by washing them nicely and then peel the cucumber and cut into pieces do same for all other ingredients. After juicing all these ingredients chill or mix ice cubes and enjoy your drink. I personally don’t like ice in my juices.

This juice recipe is simple yet it’s tasty and sweet, you can also add some sweeteners if you want. The beet turns the juice into a cool purple color which looks nice and healthy.

What You Need: 

  • 1 small handful fresh parsley
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 6 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 stalk celery

For this wash all veggies, and cut pineapple in proper chunks and peel orange/ tangerine. Put all these ingredients in a juicer or any food processor and juice them well.
